Doors open at 6:00pm, dinner to be served at 6:30, the meeting will follow.
Three-Course Menu:
salad, choice between three entrées, chef’s choice of accompaniments, rolls + butter,
dessert, freshly brewed Colombian coffee, assorted teas + soft drinks; cash bar
Salad: Market Green Salad english cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, red onion + raspberry vinaigrette
Entrées: (choose one per guest)
- Boneless Shortribs roasted vegetables + pan jus
- Stuffed Flounder jumbo lump crab + white wine cream sauce
- Zucchini filled with Quinoa served with starch and vegetable that are prepared without dairy products [Vegan Option]
Dessert: Chocolate layer cake
